About the game
Emisi has had a long history of developmental support from various NGOs such as United in Diversity Indonesia, WWF Indonesia, as well as CERAH, so if you like the game then please give a shout out or kudos to them.
The game does have quite a bit to o^er in terms of reflection regarding the aforementioned topics, so hopefully you feel that – even through its imperfections – it is still a useful teaching tool. That being said, the main goal of the game is to get people discussing and engaging with wicked problems with the hope that it may help introduce or even untangle some of the concepts that may sometimes feel insurmountable. So if you find that you have found ways to make the game better with some house rules etc, then please feel free to house rule the hell out of it!
Subsequently, there should also be some “how to play” videos around on YouTube just search “emisi board game how to play” and hopefully you can find one that suits you. The one with the best production value should be this one:
Hopefully everything in the folder has been prepared so that it is easy enough for you to print, play, and have fun with – even if you just have access to a regular paper printer.
